Volunteer Info (Tucson Tabernacle Christian Concert)

We need as many volunteers as we can get this Saturday morning to set up for the 7:00 outreach event.

• Purpose: Outreach night—invite friends, neighbors, and anyone interested in worshipping the Lord.
• Event schedule (Saturday): Food at 7:00 PM; music starts around 7:30 PM.
• Volunteer arrival (setup): 10:00 AM Saturday.
• • Bathroom cleanup: Freshen up the outdoor bathrooms (church building will not be open).
  • Chairs: Set up ~100 chairs in rows facing the awning; keep extras ready.
  • Pipe and drape: Set up divider between stage and bathrooms; serves as musician backdrop.
  • Tables & chairs (eating area): Set up at the back of the audience near the fence by Jacinto.
  • Sound: Help carry speakers and set up instruments (as directed by sound team).
  • Food serving: Set up serving area next to the church building for easy in/out.
  • Greeting table: Set up at the entrance to the large courtyard to welcome guests.
  • Parking: At least three volunteers rotating to direct parking; south lot will also be open.
  • Doorknockers: A few have gone out to invite the neighborhood. We’ll probably send a team out just before the event.
