SUMMARY:Tucson Tabernacle Family Camp
DESCRIPTION:The Tabernacle will be hosting a church retreat at Wilderness Ranch\, near Pinetop Arizona. The event will begin on Friday at noon\, and go through Sunday afternoon. If you need a ride from the Tabernacle to the camp\, please contact Brother Daniel Evans (see contact information below). \nThe camp has accommodations for sleeping\, showers\, etc. If you are staying in the dorms\, please bring your own twin-sized sheet for the bed\, a blanket\, and your own pillow. Meals are provided. \nThe price of the camp is donation-only. We ask that you give as you are able to give\, but we want to make sure everyone who attends the Tabernacle has the opportunity to attend\, regardless of their financial situation. A $100 donation for the weekend per person is suggested for those who have asked. \n\nTo Bring:\n\nTwin-size sheet\, pillow\, sleeping bag or blanket. Bunk houses have twin mattresses\nPersonal snacks (we will have some snacks at camp)\nPersonal clothing (lows are about 50\, highs are about 75\, chance of rain\, bring a jacket)\nFlashlight or headlamp\nFolding chair (we also have chairs at the camp\, so this is not a necessity)\nTowel and toiletries: Camp does not provide towel\nBible\nNotebook\n\n\nFood: Jeremy and Angela coordinatingBreakfast\, Lunch\, Dinner\, and some snacks will be provided.\n\nIt would be a good idea to bring your own snacks.\nFacility\n\nContact Jeremy/Angela to reserve a spot in one of the bunk houses\nAs of Sep 6\, we have 100 people attending. Please contact J/A asap if you are not in the list and would like to go.\n\n\n\n\nTransportation:\n\nPlease contact Brother Daniel asap if you need a ride. We will be leaving from the Tabernacle (you can park your car there) at 8:30 on Thursday morning and at 8:00 on Friday morning.\n\n\nGames and Activities: There will be group activities periodically. We would like all to participate in these group activities.\nSinging:\n\nBring your instruments. We will be singing around the bonfire every night\n\n\nFirst-Aid: Lionell/Lonni Salazar and Daniel Evans Jr will provide first aid\nDress Code\n\nWe have a dress code for the camp: we’re spending the weekend together\, so modest dressing with the brothers and the sisters is required: no shorts\, no short skirts\, no tank tops\, no sleeveless shirts\, no tight jeans\, no tight dresses; dress conservatively.\nBring a jacket and a couple pairs of shoes in case it rains\n\n\nSunday Service: Brother Thaddeus Burgess will be ministering on Sunday morning at the camp. Casual dress.\nDonations: The Tabernacle is paying about $100 per person for the camp (food\, camp facility\, etc). Please mark your donation “Camp” if given at church either in the box or in the offering bag. Play disc golf\, play volleyball\, fellowship\, have quiet time\, practice for a song special\, etc. \n
